Educational management is the administration and
relation between students, schools, colleges, university staff, and graduated
students. Institutions need articulation and management to improve education in
many aspect such as: teaching and learning, professionalism, research projects,
thesis, technology innovation, science, knowledge, and moral values. It affects
the atmosphere of relationship, the share of experience, materials and testing.
Now living in the globalization time, leadership and
innovation are changing so fast because of people’s needs. There are many
people who cannot get education because of lack of money, time, disabilities,
and other factors.
The following aspects I’d innovate in educational management
are:
- - Leaders in
each faculty proposing and acting
- - To focus in
continues training and development
- - Apply
participative and instructional strategies between teachers and students
- - Create attractive
activities to students, propose ideas and apply them in the university by
students’ turn
-The following aspects are about leadership in
educational management:
- - Leadership in
perspective of education implemented by students with the approve of teachers
and deans
- - Relation of
cultures and don’t discriminate anyone about believes and moral values
- - Keep order and have relation with all the
stuff
